The Bat250M-S0.5 4-axis delta robot delivers exceptional speed and precision for high-efficiency pick-and-place automation. Featuring a 250 mm working diameter, 0.5 kg rated payload, and ±0.05 mm repeatability, it achieves a top speed of 8.0 m/s and maximum acceleration of 140 m/s², enabling up to 160 picks per minute for high-throughput compact production lines.
It supports mainstream industrial control systems. The open programming interface allows intuitive operation and seamless integration with Modbus RTU/TCP, Socket, EtherCAT and other common protocols, suiting flexible compact automation layouts.
Typical applications include high-speed pick & place, sorting, micro assembly, and precision packaging for miniature electronics, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and small consumer goods. The whole machine reaches IP54 dustproof and splash-proof grade, equipped with complete EMC anti-interference design, real-time operation monitoring and emergency stop safety interlock.
