High-Speed 4-Axis Delta Robot for Medium-Load Pick & Place Automation
The Bat800-S3 4-axis delta robot delivers stable high-speed performance and outstanding positioning accuracy for medium-duty automated handling lines. Featuring an 800 mm working diameter, 3 kg rated payload, and ±0.08 mm repeatability, it reaches a top speed of 6.0 m/s and maximum acceleration of 150 m/s², supporting up to 180 picks per minute for medium-range packaging and sorting production lines.
It is fully compatible with mainstream industrial control platforms. The open programming interface enables straightforward operation and seamless connection with Modbus RTU/TCP, Socket, EtherCAT and other mainstream communication protocols, perfectly matching flexible medium-scale automated production layouts.
Typical applications include high-speed pick & place, batch sorting, medium-sized component assembly, and standardized packaging for food & beverage, daily consumer goods, pharmaceutical packaging and small auto electronic parts. Its rigid modular mechanical structure, IP54 protection grade and optimized floor space design allow quick integration into mid-size existing production lines with moderate space constraints.

(1) RobotPhoenix Bat800-S3 is a standard 4-DOF delta parallel robot with an 800mm working diameter and a rated payload of 3kg. Built with optimized rigid connecting rods, it delivers agile motion performance and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.08mm. The machine is rated IP54 for dust and splash resistance, fitted with EMC anti-interference shielding, real-time operation monitoring and emergency stop safety interlock. It maintains stable long-cycle operation within 0–45℃ industrial environments, ideal for high-speed picking and handling of medium-small workpieces.
(2) This robot adopts 380V three-phase power supply and overhead suspended mounting to save production line floor space. It comes with rich expandable digital I/O ports and dual encoder input channels, supporting Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP and Socket communication protocols. The highly open control system works well with mainstream vision positioning equipment, conveyor tracking modules and all types of standard grippers, enabling seamless integration into automated sorting, packaging and assembly lines without complicated custom modification.
(3) With mature mass production and stable long-term reliability, the Bat800-S3 targets medium-load, medium-range automated production scenarios.
