The Hitbot Z-Arm 2442 is a 4-axis collaborative SCARA robot designed for industrial applications that require high speed, precision and operational flexibility. Its compact design and lightweight structure allow simplified integration into production lines, automated workstations and robotic cells.
The robot features a 420 mm horizontal reach, vertical stroke of 240 mm and a standard payload capacity of 2 kg, with a maximum payload of up to 3 kg. Its linear speed of up to 1220 mm/s provides excellent performance in fast and repetitive handling applications.
With ±0.03 mm repeatability and 4 degrees of freedom, the Z-Arm XX42 is ideal for pick-and-place, electronic assembly, inspection, component handling, laboratory automation and machine tending applications.
The robot includes Ethernet communication, support for digital I/O expansion, collision detection, drag teaching programming and USB upgrade capability. Its collaborative system enables safe operation and easy integration into modern industrial environments.
